Classes help make workout fun as you make new friends, workout in a variety of ways to exercise muscles you may not know you had, and not worry about what you are going to do for your workout! Pump
PUMP is a fun, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. Christine uses a combination of motivating music, and power moves to help you achieve your goals more quickly than you would working out on your own.
High Fitness
Consistency and simplicity are key to the HIGH Fitness brand. Classes are fun, easy to follow & choreographed to set you up for success. The simple formats are designed to get you moving, keep you motivated, and help you work off the emotional weight. You will have an absolute blast and leave wanting more.
Yoga
Join Kimmy, Stacy, or Jeannine for a variety of yoga from Gentle Yoga for all ages, Hatha Yoga for a focus on posture, breathing and flow and Power Yoga for more strength. Yoga is proven to help with physical and mental health for every'body'!
Warrior Strength
We are pumped for this new cardio/strength class that brings cardio and muscle condition to a new level with maximal calorie burn, variety of lifting formats, and fun music! Taught by a Miranda, our certified Warrior Strength instructor
Strong Over 50
Strong Over 50 (SO 50) is an innovative class that incorporates our new body bar and strength circuits. Designed specifically for our 50 and older group and taught by Tammy, our certified SO instructor.

WOW - Women on Weights
No idea how to use all the machines and weights or what you want to do for a lift? Let our Certified Personal trainers design your workout in the weight room for you! Join our fun group of ladies as we go through a different workout each class to get you familiar with proper lifting techniques, equipment, and form. Friendships are formed as you lift together!
Bikes, Buns and Abs
