Chris and his wife Jeannine manage the fitness center. When we expanded to our new location, Chris quit his job as an engineer for Honeywell/Fram and became the manager of the Tremonton location. As manager, Chris performs the accounting, so if you have any questions regarding your account please feel free to contact him! Chris enjoys physical activity and was a powerlifter in high school. He has been a manager for serveral jobs and enjoys working with people. "My goal is to provide a place that the whole family can come and participate in fitness activities."

Jeannine has more time than Chris to work close to home at Groll Family Fitness in Preston, Idaho. She can still be found in Tremonton working hard to help with nutritian consulting, fitness classes, and promotions. Jeannine is a Registered Dietitian with a B.Sc. Degree in Nutrition. She enjoys helping others with their fitness and nutritional needs. She also presents several nutrition seminars each year. Jeannine is now a AFFA Personal Trainer and AFFA Certified Group Fitness Instructor who loves teaching and training others.

My name is Nicole Hale. I am a group fitness instructor! I love it!! I have lived in Tremonton since the summer of 2005. I love living here, Tremonton is a very nice, friendly community. I have been working at Groll Family Fitness since September of 2005. I teach a wide variety of aerobic classes, some of which include: tone/strength, step, Bosu, and Cycling. I have been married for about 6 years, and I have 2 boys. I love the outdoors and being active. Come try out my class, I promise a good workout!! And a happy smiling face!!

Hi, I’m Bonni Crossen. I have been working at Groll Family Fitness since late September, 2006. I work as their Office Manager/Fitness Consultant. I have been married for over 20 years to a wonderful man, who works for the National Park Service. I have three fantastic children. My oldest, a daughter, is married with children of her own and living too far away for my liking. My next, a son, just came home from a mission for our church. He served in Santiago, Chile. My youngest son is in high school and loving life. Both of my sons, son-in-law, and husband are all Eagle Scouts. I have a passion for the scouting program and have volunteered for them for the past 18 years. The summers of 2005-2006, I worked at Island Park Scout Camp, in the Grand Teton Council, Idaho as their COPE Director/Climbing Instructor. I love Camping, Climbing, Rappelling, Cross-country Skiing, and being in the outdoors. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you. Please stop in to say, "Hi!" and introduce yourself! I hope you have a great day. Michelle grew up in Idaho on a farm with 3 younger brothers; hence, the reason she was drawn to kickboxing. She also loves to dance and was drawn to upbeat music that she could "shake it" to. When Michelle discovered Turbo Kick, her two passions were fused together. Michelle has been teaching group fitness classes for over a decade. She began when a friend asked her to support her as she began teaching a group of women in a church house. Before long, she was in charge of the group and made the leap into a gym setting. She is nationally certified through AFAA and ACE. In addition, she holds several specialized certifications including cycling, skills and choreography and is a Gold Turbo Kick and Piyo instructor/presenter. She is also an AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Michelle currently brings her abundant energy to about 18 classes a week and is working as an Area Promotions Director for Powder Blue Productions in Utah and Idaho. "When you are doing what you were meant to do, it creates fun, excitement and contentment in our lives and invariably in the lives of the people around us." Those are the words that inspire Michelle every day and help to bring the joy of health to others.
