Wonderful Spring Menu!

TurboKick (I/II): Our popular, fat burning, stress relieving class of kickboxing!

Stomp( I/II): NEW FROM EUROPE! The hottest thing in step. This choreographed class gives step a whole new name!

Step (I/II): A favorite cardio class to get your heart a pumping!

Step 101 (E): Just starting out or want it simple? This step class is for you. Learn the basics & take it to your own level.

Sculpt (I/II): Tone your muscles with a variety of strength building equipment!

On the Ball (E): Have a ball using the new Bender Balls, medicine balls, & big Isoballs for a mixtures of cardio & strength!!

Cycle (I/II): Hop on your bike and take off in this high paced ride!

Yoga (E): This Hatha Yoga class gives you that complete mind/body connection with stretching and toning.

Silver Sneakers (E): Make friends, Get Fit, and Have Fun in our Strength, Cardio & Yoga classes for our active older adults.

PiYo (E): With the new year we will be advancing to PiYo 8, a great pilates/yoga combination!

Floor Aerobics (E): We go back to our basic floor aerobics for a great cardio workout!

Circuit City (E): A hot mixture of plyometric training, cardio, and strength for an all over body workout!

Boot Camp (E): Ready to give your old routine the boot? Join us for our highly successful weight loss and body shaping program. This 12 week program offers small group personal training and nutritional counseling at a very affordable price. You will meet 3 times a week with you trainer in group training and once a week with your dieitian in a group nutrition class along with weekly one-on-one nutritional conseling. Most programs only offer one or the other. We find that by combining both fitness and nutrition, you achieve incredible results. Cost is $75 a month for members, $99 a month for non-members.
