Weight loss is not easy and we understand that at Groll Family Fitness. Hi! I’m Jeannine Groll, a Registered Dietitian with over 9 years experience in weight management. I’ve worked for IHC as a clinical dietitian at Cottonwood Hospital, LDS hospital, and Alta View in Salt Lake City for 6 years. In 2000 we created Groll Family Fitness and It Figures in Tremonton and Preston. I saw a need to help people lose weight and improve their health the right way. There is no magic pill (I wish!) or quick fix. It takes a multi-faceted approach of fitness, nutrition, behavior changes, and support. Take Shape For Life

Take Shape For Life
You can look and feel great too with the services of you own Personal Health Coach. Your health coach will get you off to a great start with your own customized program. Typical weight loss is 2-5 pounds per week using convenient, balanced, and tasteful easy to use products that have been clinically proven at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. This program is physician led and has been recommended by physicians since 1980. Call today and get started on your journey to health!

The Balanced Plate

The Balanced Plate Method is an easy way to help plan meals with a busy lifestyle. It can be used for healthy eating, diabetes or weight loss. This easy to use personal or group program allows you to lose weight without calorie, fat, or carb counting. By simply balancing your plate with Vegetables, Meat, Grain, Dairy, and Fruit following the recommended servings you will consume approximately 1400 calories for women and 1800 calories for men. A sample meal plan is provided along with serving size guides and list of high nutrient dense foods. Adjustments can be easily made for different calorie levels. Weight loss is anticipated at 1- 2 pounds per week if followed.

COST: $39 per month for weekly coaching or $25 for a single visit

Weight Lifting for Weight Loss

This is a unique program based on the latest research for the best way to exercise and lose weight. Meet with a fitness consultant and personal trainer to help you tailor a program for you. It is also an excellent way to become familiar with weights and machines

COST: $150 for 8 weeks

Diabetes Meal Planning

Is your Diabetes under control? Meet with Jeannine and set up an individualized meal plan to help you balance carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Based on the exchange system for meal planning by the American Dietetic and American Diabetic Association. A must for all diabetics.

COST: $49 (includes material and 2 visits with a Registered Dietitian)

Heart Healthy Meal Planning

A great program for those who are at risk for heart disease or need help lowering cholesterol levels. Don’t wait till it is too late! Preventing heart attacks is much easier than treating them. Come see Jeannine today for your own Heart Healthy meal plan!

Food Diary Mentoring
